Ingredients

10 artichokes
400 g flour
6 eggs

Oil for frying



These ingredients are able to feed:  15persons

Procedure

Clean the artichokes. Remove the stem, the outer leaves and the apical part of the artichoke, then cut it into wedges, soak it in beaten egg and flour it. Fry in hot oil and serve hot.
