Yellow chicken with curry

Chicken yellow with curry .... in less than an hour a shy Thigh chicken turns into a tasty fresh and slightly exotic delicacy. The freshness of the lemon is combined with the scent of curry in the Middle East. Yellow chicken with curry ... a fast way to put on the table, not the usual chicken!

2 chicken legs
juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon of curry
Extra virgin olive oil

These ingredients are able to feed:  2persons


Put in a bowl the lemon juice, honey, mustard and curry. Mix everything well until the mustard and honey have melted well. Add some olive oil and a pinch of salt, stir and place the chicken thighs (with or without skin but to make a lighter dish is better without). Do marinate for 5 minutes each side. Then put everything in a pan and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Turn the chicken occasionally. When the chicken will be cooked and the sauce will be more dense, serve and enjoy!
